Terms of Service
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock and raw-material availability. Prices exclude GST unless mentioned.
Artwork & approval
Production begins only after written approval of the final artwork/mockup and, where applicable, a physical or photographic sample. Pebble Box is not responsible for errors approved by the client at the proofing stage.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed against a purchase order and advance as agreed in the quotation. Balance payment terms are as stated on the invoice. Custom-branded goods cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects.
Delivery
Dispatch timelines are counted from artwork/sample approval and receipt of advance. While we plan buffers for pan-India logistics, transit delays by carriers are occasionally outside our control; we will always communicate proactively.
Quality & claims
Every order passes our quality check before dispatch. Claims for shortages or transit damage should be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will resolve them promptly.
Intellectual property
Client logos and artwork remain the client's property and are used solely for the client's orders. Product photography and website content are the property of Pebble Box.
